Hey brothers, first I hope everyone is safe and healthy in these trying times.if you are scouting I guess you have noticed that the parking situation is gonna be tough but I have a few ideas that are safe and law abiding I generally fish alone or with one other partner so my first idea may require a little walking I made a couple signs for my ride that say broke down be back with tow truck in 4 hours if I can park on the roadside, this is only gonna work a few times I’m sure,my next idea is getting dropped off but my wife isn’t gonna drive me to green hill at 1am,other idea is uber or Lyft if I park in Wakefield or westerly I know some of you will think I’m nuts but I still work everyday with the public and many people still aren’t social distancing everyday I feel I’m dodging bullets so fishing is very stress relieving to me.remember the governor said we can still walk the beaches we just can’t park there.any other ideas or suggestions please post them and above all BE SAFE

As of Monday 4/6 parking at the usual spots in Galilee were open. Yesterday that changed..... all parking in Galilee was shut down. So fishing the popular West Wall at this time of year will be very tough. I guess it's time to bike in like you're at the Canal.

Yeah hooky I went down yesterday and was able to fish quonny but the 20mph westy wasn’t helping took a ride by green hill which only has 3 parking spaces to begin with so I don’t see how ther would be a crowding issue there, gansett always draws crowds but most places south of there are ghost towns till Memorial Day it’s definitely not gonna be an easy spring for us stay sane, stay safe brother
